"The world is only black or white. You're either right or you're wrong. You're either dead or alive. There is no in between in this life. That kind of thinking is only for the weak willed. I am certain in my choices, I don't flop to one side or the other. My course is clear." She narrowed her eyes at Kanbe, all thoughts of spending forever with him thrown out the window with such a simple denial. "I don't slaughter those who disagree with me. I sacrifice those who would deny Jashin. Our path is one of bloodshed. Wearing that symbol is no different than my sigil of Jashin. We both announce to the world that we are trained killers. Your symbol just means less than mine. Is it protection when your Kage tells you to kill a shinobi from another village? They have family and friends too, they're no different than you and I. You can't live this life, walk this path, and expect it to be free of blood. There is no moral or immoral kills, there is only survival. You'll be damned, that's for certain. What if the Kazekage tells you to kill an innocent who poses no threat to you or your dreams? What will you do?"

Her pointed words were dulled by the sudden appearance of a rather...wonky looking guy. He even wore socks with sandals? Ty Lee was completely dumbfounded by his appearance but the slight push on her collarbone sent another jolt of pain through the wound in her chest. Wincing, she hissed "As if I could love a guy like him." It was obvious their conversation would be less personal now. Frustration blossomed in her chest. She was certain with a little more time Kanbe would come around. It wasn't like she was in any hurry. Of the two of them, she was the immortal after all.

"Who am I?" Shingen asked, a grin tugging at the edges of his face. He struck a dramatic pose against the sunlight, hands on his hips, chest puffed out. "Bwahahahaha! I am the Blue Tiger of the Sand, Mangetsu Shingen!" He boldly declared, theme music blasting that only Shingen could hear. His dramatic pose lasted a moment before he reverted back to the matter-at-hand. "But that's not important," Shingen muttered, looking between the black-haired girl and the white-haired boy. They're like yin and yang, He thought to himself, rubbing his chin with his hand. "What's important is who you two are, and what exactly you're talking about so loudly. Murder and sacrifices?"

It was at that moment that Shingen noticed his left hand, lightly covered in blood. Glancing at the young woman he had stopped with his left hand, he noticed the bloody wound on her torso. "Oh gosh!" He exclaimed, bringing his right hand up to his chin, which had been covered in Ty Lee's blood when he had rubbed it during his previous question. Wiping the blood off of his face and onto his sleeve, he immediately shifted into panic mode. "And most importantly, miss, are you okay?!"

"Something is off about her blood," A femenine voice hissed inside Shingen's head, but he pushed the thought aside. It didn't make any sense, and it wasn't something he needed to worry about right now.

The Jashinist's words fell to no reply. Kanbe decided to shush himself at the arrival of the newcomer, a teen a few years younger that went by the name of Mangetsu Shingen, the self-proclaimed "Blue Tiger of the Sand." The Hokori looked at him inquisitively for a moment, trying to recall if that title was supposed to mean anything to him, but soon after shrugged it off upon confirming in his mind that he had never heard it.

Shingen had arrived to get to the bottom of the dispute, having heard Ty Lee's fanatical shouting about murder and sacrifices. Kanbe didn't open his mouth when the questions rolled forth, unsure how he could possibly answer it. Despite how immoral he now knew Jashinism to be, this wasn't the time and place to oust Ty Lee and her religion-- especially not after he had promised not to tell, and she had said telling could mean death. He chose to remain quiet because that, looking on towards Ty Lee to see what excuse she planned to use to get out of this one.

The man took a further step back when Shingen finally acknowledged the mass of blood that had been spilled from Ty Lee's self-inflicted wound. "It looks a lot worse than it is. Don't worry." Kanbe stated matter-of-factly, unsure of what else he could add to the situation. Did she plan to try and talk her way out of revealing her own immortality, or would she come clean?

Eyes shouldn't be able to roll as hard as Ty Lee's did but where there was a will she found a way. The "Blue Tiger of the Sand"? That had to be worth sacrificing him for alone. The socks and sandals look was only an added bonus to how atrocious this guy seemed. Shame though, if he wasn't such a dork he'd be kind of cute. Not as cute as Kanbe but she was fairly certain he was a cockgobbler at this point. His sudden realization of the blood that had covered his hand put her in a tight spot. There just so happened to be a hole through her chest and her heart that she had to explain. Kanbe's attitude hadn't livened up either and he offered her zero help in the situation. He definitely liked wieners.

"I'm Ty Lee Shikome and Dusty over there is Kanbe Hokori, since he didn't feel like introducing himself I'll do the honor. As for this-" She pointed to the blood on her shirt and laughed sweetly, "this is nothing. Kanbe said he wanted to show me how good his archery was by shooting an apple off of my head but missed a little, no biggie. I'm a tough girl, y'know?" She laughed innocently and gave Shingen a convincing wink. "What else is to be expected of a kunoichi of Sunagakure, right?" She jumped around a bit to show just how fine she was, her face completely immune to the pain that shot through her with each hop.

"The loud yelling about murder and sacrifices thing was all my idea. You see I'm thinking about writing a screenplay and wanted to run some lines by him. Kanbe may not look it, but he's quite the actor." She gave the other Genin a knowing look. If he wanted to keep his head attached to his body, he would in fact become a good actor.

Ty Lee and Kanbe, huh? Recording their names into his mind, Shingen listened to their story, supposedly about writing a screen-play. It was an awful excuse, really, and Shingen didn't buy it for a second. Still, the girl seemed okay, and the two of them didn't seem to be causing any trouble (for now). He'd keep an eye on them for the time being, but he saw no harm in playing along. After a moment of thought, Shingen boisterously exclaimed, "Bwahahahaha! I love plays, you two must be very dedicated. The wound you have is from method acting, right? You're just really getting into character." Deciding to torment the two a little bit further, Shingen struck another pose against the desert sky.

"It just so happens that I am an excellent actor! Can I help the two of you in any way? Give me a role to play and I promise you, you will be moved to tears. You will wonder, 'Who is this poet, this man whose words move even the hardest of hearts to bitch-tears and phantom wails? Ah, yes, it is the great Mangetsu Shingen, the truest treasure of the Hidden Sand!' Bwahahaha!" His boisterous exposition was conveyed in an overly dramatic voice, his chest puffed out with pride at his own half-performance. He was lying, of course, but he felt it was so convincing of a lie, maybe he did actually have a future in theater work, if the whole ninja thing didn't work out.

I hate you, A voice whispered in his head.

Rude.

Not incredibly loud at its worst, the edge of the village that they occupied was made quieter by the early hour, leaving the only real noises the occasional clatter of the passing shinobi on sentry duty and the shouting match that had now devolved into little more than excited conversation. Between the messy excuses of the girl and Shingen's practically-incessant exuberance, the dialogue between the pair and the jōnin was likely to very rapidly transition towards discomfort. As such, the Kazekage, flanked by a pair of masked ANBU, completed their ascent up the face of the Steeped Cliffs, loose clothes on each of the three of them fluttering as they quickly kicked up over the edge.

Kyōsuke, with his blue-and-black kimono swishing slowly in the air, came to land next to Shingen, while the two ANBU came to rest to the side of the group. With hardly a stutter in his stride, he turned to face the two genin with as much self-assurance as one would expect from someone who had been present for the whole conversation, and spoke equally as directly.

"I wouldn't lie to a jōnin, were I you, Shikome-chan. If Mangetsu-kun were a different type of man, he'd have assumed you to be some sort of threat," his right hand drifted to the shoulder of the much younger man—of whom Kyōsuke found it impossible to think of as anything more than a talented boy—patting it lightly. "Though I can't exactly fault you for not recognising him as a jōnin. The weights are in our best interest, though, I assure you." His eyes cut across the two genin, looking for some sort of reaction to his disclosure of Shingen's position.

"Shikome-chan, Hokori-kun, you are both blessed with great reserves of luck. You may have, on chance, met someone who could teach you both a great deal. Perhaps he will be your new sensei." He paused a moment to let the three absorb that. "Which is the reason that I have come here to find you. I'd like you to come with me to the Sandcastle, so that we might discuss the matter further. I am in the process of gathering the remainder of the genin and jōnin I thought appropriate for the same set of tasks that you lot will be set out on. Among them shall be your other teammates. If you'd like, I can tell you more about it on our way there." Kyōsuke turned his head slightly, leaning over Shingen's shoulder to whisper into his ear.

"I'll need to talk to you on the way. Likely separately."

An archery incident? She meant to put the blame for the injury on him?! As much as he tried, the Hokori couldn't hide the shock and irritation in his face. It would have been much more appropriate to him if it had been caused through the course of a more calculated situation, or something out of his control such as an arrow in the heat of battle, but failing to hit a stationary target? The man wanted to scoff at the notion. Still, she at the very least did not push the fault far onto him, whisking it away as nothing more than a small scratch. Kanbe supposed that that was something he could play along with.

"Uh... Yeah. Again, I'm really sorry about that, Ty Lee. I was getting rather overconfident with my shots today. I suppose an arrow from 250 meters is a bit out of my scope." His palm rubbed at the back of his neck as his eyes drooped to the floor apologetically(really though, it was just to avoid eye contact with Shingen). "I'll have to practice that one a bit more, I suppose." Kanbe's eyes shot up once more towards Ty Lee as she revealed the next aspect of her cover-story: a screenplay.

Really?! That's your excuse? Kanbe wanted to shout. Of all the things they could go with, that was chosen? There was no way this was going to be believed. Still, Kanbe would have to try to sell the story. While he was dumbfounded by the story to begin with, he was even more dumbfounded by Shingen's receptive response. The boy seemed enthralled by the idea of a play, boisterously shouting and proclaiming his eagerness to assist. He claimed that he was quite an actor; Kanbe could see the potential in Shingen's loud, seemingly carefree spirit. His eyes widened nervously as he looked on towards Ty Lee: would they be able to keep the story going?

Just as the archer was going to welcome Shingen into their "rehearsal", a new appearance broke his train of thought. Without warning, the Kazekage himself, protected by an ANBU member on either side, touched down beside Shingen. "K-Kazekage-sama?" Kanbe voiced in surprise, wondering what his arrival foretold. Did he receive word about Ty Lee's murderous shouting too? There wasn't the slightest idea of what it could be otherwise, at least as far as Kanbe could see. Almost immediately, the cover-story was busted. The Kazekage truly possessed a wit that could not be challenged, easily able to uncover the truth without more than a moment's presence.

"A Jōnin?" Kanbe repeated softly to himself, digesting the reveal. That boy was that highly ranked? It caught him off-guard: Shingen looked younger than Kanbe! Yet, he was much more experienced. In hindsight, it shouldn't have been something that surprised the man that much. He HAD joined the academy much later than the other children, and as such was farther back on the shinobi track than most of his peers. As it was though, he hadn't considered it. "Ahh, team assignments ..." Kanbe muttered while deep in thought. "That is a welcome announcement. I've been looking forward to them ... Ahh, but wait." He first took a look up towards the sun, and then took a step out to the side of the group to scan the length of the cliffs.

Judging from the sun's position, it was about time that his watch was over. He searched quickly for movement, aaaaand-- aha! Off in the distance, he saw his replacement: a Chuunin by the name of Hayate Satetsu. "There he is. It looks like my watch is finished." He affirmed, stepping back into the group after picking up his belongings in the area. "I'm ready to go, then."

Insert kinda spooked reactions throughout post.

Hook, line, and sinker. This guy is just as gullible as those ANBU I ditched earlier. The thought was both hilarious and concerning for the aptitude of Suna's shinobi that she was so easily able to trick them. To her surprise, Kanbe decided to actually roll with the whole, 'I can't shoot arrows good' story. She almost snickered when he tried to make the distance some obscene number. She wondered what other sizes he lied to girls about. What a lame guy. Shingen, the other lame guy, totally bought the play story too! This was great, it meant she got to delve deeper into the screenplay she absolutely was not writing.

"Okay, so, here's the breakdown. There's me, the super cute girl and her romantic interest, in this case played by Kanbe but roles aren't locked yet." She wanted to stick her tongue out at the white-haired dude, but the mask kind of ruined the thought. "You see I'm a girl who really dislikes dying and death and all that, so I wrote a play about someone who managed to beat death but has to jump through some hoops to do so. Nothing big, just sacrificing a few animals here and there. Kanbe plays a farmer who gets really mad that I keep killing all his goats and stuff because he thinks their lives matter or something, I don't know, he's one of those crazy people right? So we get into an argument one day when he finds out that I killed his favorite cow, one that he had grown VERY close to, if you know what I mean." She gave Shingen a wink, "And then-"

Her story was cut short by the sudden arrival of three well-known figures. The two ANBU flanking the third man just so happened to be her glorified babysitters. "Well...shit." She uttered at the party crashers. Kyosuke was quick to scold her for lying, but he was the one that told her to keep it a secret in the first place! She could just never win with the guy. Another surprise, the socks and sandals looking dweeb was a Jonin apparently? Good for him, made him less unappealing. She always was a sucker for a man in power. Could she get over the sandals though, that was the real question.

"Just following orders, Kazekage-sama." She bowed to the man but not so subtly gave the finger to the two ANBU. They were such buzzkills. Speaking of buzzkills, was Shingen really going to be her new sensei? No way, he was such a dork! Two words stood out from the rest of the Kage's small talk. "Other teammates". Did that mean she'd be on a team with Kanbe? Score! What better way to convert him than to show him just how strong she was? They were asked to go to the Sandcastle but Ty Lee knew better than to think it a request. The ANBU and Kyosuke never showed up to ask her things. She rolled her eyes and sighed, ready for the trip.

The Blue Tiger of the Sand proved all too happy to listen to Ty Lee's impromptu play, lapping up the details with a series of emphatic nods. However, the fun was cut short by a very sudden arrival. Shingen was still facing the two genin when he heard Kanbe's shocked voice. The Kazekage? Shingen turned around, facing the familiarly ominous presence. Just looking at the man filled Shingen's mind with the thought of being erased from existence. The man's powerful aura left even the happy-go-lucky Shingen speechless for a moment, as always, before Shingen could swallow his fear and retort with a playful greeting. "Yo, Bukimina-jiji, hush about the weights, will you? Some of that's supposed to be a secret, you know." While Shingen's weights weren't particularly hidden, they were part of his fighting style, he liked to keep his potential without the weights a secret. One might think that Shingen was speaking much too casually to the Kazekage, but he was closer to the Kazekage than most, having been his disciple, if only by circumstance. Sometimes it was difficult to determine where the line of 'sensei' ended and the line of 'kage' began.

"And you," He said, whirling around to face Kanbe. "You don't need to sound so surprised," He muttered, a look of disappointment on his face. Was it inconceivable that the Blue Beast of the Sand could be a jounin? It wasn't a particularly well-known fact that Shingen was a jounin, and most of those that did know were confused by it. It wasn't exactly as if Shingen tried to hide his rank, he'd usually admit to it if asked about it, but his training-weights and unorthodox fighting style just resulted in him appearing less flashy than other jounin. In fact, with his speed limited, he didn't appear to have any exceptional physical abilities at all. To others, he would often appear only to be of chuunin caliber and even of genin age.

As the conversation continued, Kyousuke mentioned the possibility of Shingen becoming the sensei of the two genin. This caused the black-haired boy to rub his chin in thought, pondering over the two people that he had just met. They're interesting, at least. And coordinated enough to likely lie to my face, He thought, before grinning and giving the two genin a large thumbs up. "Pleasure to work with you!" He boldly declared, only to be interrupted by a hand on his shoulder. Kyousuke leaned close, and whispered something into his ear. Shingen's first reaction would have been to drop his grin and act a bit more serious, but the genin were watching, and he didn't want to concern them, so he maintained his usual grin as Kyousuke spoke to him. The reply was a simple nod, confirming that he would acquiesce to his sensei's request. "Yes, sensei,"

The startling of the three was about as subtle as the Kazekage could have hoped for—better than he expect than he would have received from any other crowd so young, and even then he did not anticipate that their resolve would last a particularly long time—but all the same, he could sense the anticipation that each of them bore for the news. Whether their individual senses of anticipation were irritation, trepidation, or excitement, he did not quite gleam from word and posture alone. Shingen, he expected from among them to be the one most excited at the prospect.

While he was musing over the three of them, some of them engaged in some form of banter. From and between whom he could not tell, with the exchanges passing under his notice as he set his hand on the shoulder of his student. When he whispered to the boy, his face did not change. He was impressed with the boy for managing to have trained himself so well, though he knew that the two of them—between his own queer slight, tight-lipped wry grin, and Shingen's wide grin—would look a strange pair of jesters in shinobi's dress were it not for the effect that his appearance had on those around him.

"Yes, sensei," Shingen replied in a similarly hushed tone, nodding as he did. Kyōsuke lifted his hand from the boy's shoulder.

"Good. Let's make our way there, then. Mangetsu-kun," he said to the group, his left hand twitching as the air appeared to darken around him. To his left, in the quick puff of its signature smokescreen, a shadow clone manifested. Nodding to Shingen, the clone continued, "with me for a moment or two as we walk. The rest of you," he said, indicating the original, "I have a couple of things to share with you. Some of them you'll find to be interesting." With that, the clone moved to the edge of the cliff and, once assured that Shingen would follow him, leaped over its edge, flickering away.

The original, moving towards the two genin, indicated the wall down which his clone had descended. "The both of you are much more well-versed in some aspects of what it means to be a shinobi from this village than many of your peers. In other aspects, you are yet novices. The both of you are driven, as Mangetsu-kun is. Additionally, the both of you possess styles of fighting complementary to the focus on peak physical performance and hand-to-hand combat that he is instilled with. You will find, despite his handful of odd quirks, that he will be a more-than-adequate instructor. In the realms that he can not instruct you—the few finer aspects of particularities related to one type of weapon or another—I have another instructor in mind who will do just as well. The both of you possess great potential, as Mangetsu-kun does. I have been able to draw some of his out of him, and he will do the same for you. The rest will be left to you: do you both have the drive to show the world the full extent of your capacity? Do you have the drive to learn the boundaries of your power?" He paused, to allow them each a brief moment to respond, should they take it. Assuming they both answered in the affirmative, to some extent, he would continue.

"Neither of you have any reason to suspect the process to be an easy one. Even with that knowledge, maintaining your willpower throughout the missions that I will assign you shall be difficult, but you will do it. That is why I have selected the both of you, among a handful of others, to engage in a series of tasks for your village and your country. You will change the course of history with my guidance. The force of will that you will demonstrate to yourselves and to the world will be a tale told to your children's children." He paused again, to the keen of eye appearing to follow his train of thought straight out of the conversation for a moment or two, behind unfocused eyes. "In any case," he said, his voice losing some of the edge that it had held in his monologue to the genin, "I hope to have piqued your interest with one thing or another, for that is much more important than your obedience for the moment."

The clone, Shingen following, proceeded descending the face of the cliff neither particularly quickly nor particularly slowly. He did not engage Shingen in conversation until the pair were well away from the group at the cliff's top. When Kyōsuke did sepak to his student, he did so with a voice that sounded both deadly-serious and somewhat sad.

"Shingen, we're finally on the cusp of it. We have everything and everyone we need to break away from weakness. You're on the edge of what it means to be a shinobi. You have worked incredibly hard to get where you are, but you must now work even harder to bring others there with you. I'm going to entrust you with some of the most promising students the village has to offer, and some of the most valuable genin that we've ever had. It will not be easy, teaching them. Harder than it was for me to teach you—and I'll be the first to admit that even there I took a hands-off role. With these students, you'll need to be more hands-on than you have had to be in the field with the enemy." He took a deep breath, and looked his student directly in the eyes. "But you will do it. You are the only one that can do it."

Techniques used:
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu
Kohō: Kurozumu
Shunshin no Jutsu

Stamina remaining:
Some small amount to each

Reminder:
He seems really spooky

The sense of unease he felt manifested a sharp shiver down his spine as the air darkened around them. Although Kanbe didn't know much about their Kazekage, he knew him to be at the head of the Hokori. As one of them, Kanbe knew all too well the terrifying capabilities of their bloodline. An image of his own eradication in an instant shot through his mind, causing his muscles to grow stiff with tension. Today had started as an average day, but it had quickly became a day to showcase Kanbe's own inferiority. There was no way his sword and bow competed with immortality and the ability to erase something from existence.

"Yes, Kazekage-sama." Kanbe gulped, following the order to stick with the original body of his leader. The man moved closer. Kanbe stood in place. He listened carefully as Kyōsuke spoke, mulling over each word with care. The man's very presence demanded full attention. He spoke of Kanbe and Ty Lee's talents, labeling them as both veteran and novice to the concept of a shinobi. Their physical capabilities were complimented. Shingen, too, specialized in that field, making him a prime candidate to push Kanbe's limits to their tipping point. He found himself nodding along with each sentence, silently expressing his agreement throughout the speech.

It was what followed that left a big impact on the Hokori. "Do you both have the drive to show the world the full extent of your capacity? Do you have the drive to learn the boundaries of your power?" These words echoed several times. His head tilted ever so slightly to the side as his glance swung over towards Ty Lee. In a way, those words connected to what she had been saying earlier too: Would Kanbe sink, or would he swim? What Ty Lee said about him wasting his potential by denying Jashin nagged at the back of his mind.

"Yes." That was the only answer that could be formed from Kanbe's lips. It was reactionary, only coming when an answer was expected from him. More than that couldn't surface when he was as lost in thought and consideration as he was. He couldn't say it was the most confident affirmation he had ever given-- more than likely, there was a vague, distant tone that accompanied it. He continued listening, knowing he couldn't afford to miss a sentence.

In some ways, the appraisal offered to him alleviated some concern. It served as a source of warmth and inspiration. The Kazekage was a powerful man, one of the leaders of the great shinobi villages. Surely, his wisdom and experience held much merit and granted his words a certain truthfulness to them. If he thought with such certainty that Kanbe would persevere through whatever they had planned, and believed that his guidance could help Kanbe to change the world, then who was Kanbe to disagree?

It couldn't be denied that there was still a sense of dread hanging in the air. The way the word "obedience" rolled off the man's tongue was somewhat unnerving when said by such an ominous presence. "I'll work hard to meet your expectations, Kazekage-sama. I want to see how far I can go." Although Kanbe felt as though he was supposed to say more, he didn't know what more he could say. He left it at that, patiently waiting for what was to happen next.

Walking with his kage, out of earshot of the two genin, Shingen wasn't really sure if he could have reasonably expected anything other than what he received. Leave it to the spooky old man to be dramatic. Shingen's face scrunched in mock disdain at the implication that he was hard to train. "The cusp of greatness, huh?" He repeated, echoing the words of his teacher. He thought for a long moment, letting the kage's words hang in the hair. They were heavy, and they almost seemed to drive the happiness out of the jounin. Kyousuke's words, no matter how warm or affectionate they might be, always seemed to come off as cold and heavy. Talking to him was like drowning, as if Kyousuke's own presence was smothering you, making it hard to breathe. It was only by repeated exposure to Kyousuke's stifling presence that Shingen even felt like he was capable of speech at all.

"You and Satoru-sensei both think so highly of me," He muttered, kicking a nearby rock with his foot, as if venting an unsaid lifetime worth of frustrations. "but neither of you will tell me about this thing locked inside me." After a moment, Shingen stopped and leaned forward, placing his hands on his knees. He took several deep breaths, in and out, in and out, before straightening and turning to face Kyousuke, giving him an emphatic grin and thumbs-up. "Well, whatever. It'll be weird teaching people my age, but I won't let your faith in me go to waste. After-all, kono Shingen da!"

Loudly and boisterously laughing, Shingen turned and began walking away, waving his hand back at his favorite spooky sensei. "Let them know to meet me at the training grounds tomorrow at dawn. Ja ne, sensei!" After saying his goodbye, Shingen picked up some speed, jogging away from the kage as if he were trying to outrun any distasteful comments his sensei might lob at him for shirking the meeting he was setting up.

Official meetings really weren't Shingen's style.

Exit.

Kanbe went along with what was happening. Things sure did happen. A rock didn't actually fall on the Kazekage's head, because I'm nice. He better thank me later. Anyway, Kanbe did the meeting thing, received instructions to meet with Shingen, and bailed.

Author's note:

We should really think
and consider what it is
that makes a sentence.

Prose, not poetry
is the design of our site
but not of language.

What makes a haiku
so different from that which
makes up a sentence?

If I write five of
something I think is much more
work, if not fitting,

should that not truly
be enough for us? Or, is
conformity law?

The Kazekage, having said some things both on and off of the screen of the reader, made an uncharacteristically quick exit from the view of the audience here present, just as his author uncharacteristically broke the fourth wall to write his character's exit from a stalled thread. His (read, the author's) glance at the back of the leaving Kanbe was scornful, for his author had made various presumptive statements both in group message environments and on the site, both of the author's responsibility for the stalled thread and for the deletion of his trash-tier meme.

"It wasn't me," the author thought, irritated, "it was that fraud, Austin."

[Exit; some clones may or may not disperse between threads]

Ty Lee didn't really like those Anbu guys. The Kazekage was a scary dude. Shingen seemed like a nerd. Kanbe probably liked male cows. She walked away with them anyway.
