Clan Description:Originally a fairly hidden and randomly sporadic group of seemingly unconnected people across the ninja world. Sakyo a mad scientist discovered the people of the predecessor clan possessed an innate fuuinjutsu seal made up of their cardiovascular system of incredible power that fed off the innate chakra within them in an unusual way. It was so powerful in fact that the only way to permanently destroy the seal is the direct removal of the heart of the individual. By itself it provided a few minor benefits to the unknowing individual; however, sakyo discovered with a few minor permanent adjustments it could instead be used to create a innate intimate seal capable of containing the life force of others within it.

With the tailed beasts either already sealed into others or indisposed Sakyo took this clan research further in a different direction. Those summoned with a summoning contract showed mystical abilities like that of the tailed beasts when compared to normal animals. With this in mind he contracted many powerful summons and through trickery, deception, and foresight finished modifying those he found with the predecessor clans abilities by permanently sealing the life force of the captured summons into the individuals.

This experiment held an unintentional side effect creating what is properly known as the Kyoken bloodline. The descendants of the original experiments of the bloodline are born with a life force inextricably like a summoned beast sealed within their blood. This life force allows them to bond with a single animal of the type that ws sealed inside their ancestor granting it enhanced attributes, intelligence, a life span equal to their owners, and minor unusual characteristics such as nonfunctional wings, two tails, or other minor traits along with other abilities common of summons. This bond is dangerous, as if the familiar dies they can never obtain another one.

Clan Traits/Characteristics: It is common for a members of this clan to obtain various animals at a young age to find out what type they can bond with, even those not officially part of the clan find themselves intrinsically connected to animals of the type related to the summons that was sealed into their ancestor until a bond is formed with one. (the animal is usually picked during character creation)

Clan Personality: Due to the malevolent nature of how the clan was formed. The clan members generally develops as antisocial with sociopathic tendencies.

Bloodline Description: Effectively the clan while it might have been something more or entirely different before the experiments has become a clan based around the familiars it produces.
Familiar Mechanics:The familiar cannot talk to others, but the kekkei genki user and the familiar can always understand and communicate with each other.
A familiar only dies of natural causes at the moment the kekkei genkai user dies as their life forces are intrinsically linked.
A familiar is very much like a contract summons being able to learn general jutsu's and techniques by spending CP and have special custom clan techniques due to their innate shape adjustment abilities.
They have an ACP limit equal to half of the kekkei genkai owner's current active ACP and gains 75% of the cp the clan user gains.
Just like summons they do not require knowing the fighting style to learn a technique from it.
A familiar can learn elements that its owner already knows at a 200% tax (they cost double). The tax does not cost additional ACP just cp.
You can spend your fate/will/strength points on your familiar.
Your familiar doesn't require hand seals though it still takes the same amount of time to use a jutsu it knows just like a summoned creature.
The familiar trusts its owner with its own life, even if it disagree's or resents the kekkei genkai user it will never abandon them unless they believe it is for their good.
Finally the familiar when working with its master it can pull from the life energy within the the seal temporarily degrading it to achieve a form much closer to the original summons
The only way this kekkei genkai can be transferd is through a heart transplant and even then the implanter doesn't get their own animal, but rather the one that the donor had.
Stage one - free with the blood line. This is the innate form of the familiar with the life energy passively flowing through it allowing it to surpass the abilities of a normal animal. Drain per post 0

Stage two - cost 200 cp from both the familiar and the user. 32 point value is assigned to the seal once this stage is attained. the animal Grows in size going from its tamed state to that of its predatory ancestors (cat becomes a lion or a panther(etc), a dog becomes a wolf, a chicken becomes a raptor, etc) .gains a minor advantage to all physical stats (str, con, reflex, and coor). drain per post 8

Stage Three - cost an additional 400 cp from both 60 seal strengh is attained upon mastering this stage. The animal retains the minor advantages. At this stage the animal gains one of the following abilities (physical sensory, regeneration, poison, or flight) for the duration it maintains this form. This is chosen when the form is fully unlocked. upkeep 10 per post

Stage 4 -cost 600 from both.90 seal strengh is attained upon mastering this stage. This form grants a major advantage to all physical stats and grants a second power or allows someone to grab an enhanced form of the first power chosen when it is unlocked. cost 15 per post. By this stage the animal is in its alpha form becoming twice the size of its predatory form.

Stage 5 costs 800 from both. 120 seal strength is attained upon mastering this stage. This form grants a tier to all physical stats. It grants a third and final power that can instead be used to enhance a previously selected power instead. This is also chosen upon obtaining this form. The creature is now akin to its legendary form. From a neemian lion, garm of nifelheim, or even a Ancient drake (get creative) chosen at the time of picking based on the base animal. Costs 20 per post.

Note the familiar can move between mastered stages of transformation and the seals strength normally only refreshes at the beginning of a new topic. When the seal reaches zero strength instead of breaking the familiar is instantly shut down to its base form while the seal recovers. Techniques that are both ijutsu and fuuinjutsu could theoretically restore the seal, which only normally heals at a rate of 10 points per post in a resting topic.

Bloodline Limits: The biggest disadvantage is that if your familiar dies your seal goes inert and all the clan bonus's are gone short of pc resurrection methods.
The second is the bloodline tax.
Your familiar can only learn elements you know. It costs twice as much CP though only the normal amount of acp
Your familiar can only learn techniques from fighting styles that you know, though you don't have to know the technique itself.
Your familiar can not willingly be more than one sub forum away and cannot regain stamina until the two of you are reunited.
As with a summon contract your familiars stats cannot exceed legendary.

five hundred of your familiars cp must go into a advanced element that is not taxed but does count towards acp to account for all jutsu's of this clan. The kekkei genkai owner does not need this advanced element tax just the familiar.

Due to the similar nature between this clan and a curse seal an unusual weakness has occurred when the familiar is using a sustained clan technique or entered a stage greater than two it begins to absorb certain negative emotions of the user. More specifically things like regret, sadness, shame, and grief effectively turning the kekkei genkai user into a sociopath during its use. It takes a godlike wisdom minus two advantages for every major warning sign presented to them (massacring a village, killing the helpless, betraying a friend). It is impossible to discern this effect while the familiar is currently in that form or using a sustained tech.

Lore/Flavor: While one option of the clan is simply to let the familiar run wild the two working together is always stronger than the two separated. This technique has two sub techniques, but both are the first techniques learned by a clan member and all other jutsu's rely on this one.
The first is weapon coating. In this form the Familiar becomes a light coating around a melee weapon of the user. The weapon then grows eyes or other sensory organs and connects the user with their weapon the two acting as one allowing the two to act as one.
The second if the user lacks a weapon is the much more often used of the two. Upon learning the technique the kekkei genkai user picks one weapon and forever the familiar will be able to turn into that weapon to aid their master. This weapon can never be changed once selected and cannot be a projectile as the two must always be connected to keep the form stable.

Description: This form grants first the kekkei genkai user a minor advantage in every stat due to acting in perfect sync with their familiar and a tier boost to tracking due to the combination of senses. Furthermore while the coating keeps the durability of the weapon the transformations base durability is based on the base (unaltered) constitution of the familiar. normal item at average apprentice level at proficient, journeyman at masterful, masterwork at epic, and nearly unbreakable at legendary requiring multiple swings from attacks that would even break masterful durability items. Notably the familiar can enter higher ranks while this ability is active, but only gains the powers from those effects and still has to pay the stamina drain.

Drawbacks: The familiar can't use normal jutsu while in this form only other shape adjusting jutsu from this clan. Its range is invariably only melee ranged. If the weapon is broken the familiar receives a a severe wound being incapacitated until it is healed or regenerates.

Lore/Flavor: This technique calls upon the seal in the users blood and while it is incredibly complicated relies almost entirely on the natural connection between the two. Using an immense amount of chakra is pulls the Familiar through space to the summoner's location.
Description: This technique acts as a summoning technique but uniquely allows the user to pull their familiar to them in the same way a summoning contract pulls a summoning to its contracted. While incredibly chakra intensive it because it is done through instinct it doesn't require knowing fuuinjutsu or kuchiyose to perform.

Drawbacks: The familiar doesn't have to answer the call just like a summoning. Fuuinjutsu seals that work on living things can block the effects of the summoning. It takes an immense amount of hand seals and chakra making it almost unusable in combat.

Ah I thought someone answered this for me. Yeah denied, you could probably make it work, but I’d advice you to pm a staffmember and create a workable version woth them and not with other new members.

Fair though joker is kinda new kinda old. I was talking with zach about it quite a bit as well. He didn't seem to have to much of a problem with it, but we didn't dig into it to hard. Shayne was against the idea narratively though.
