And she thinks she needs help….
was the only thought that went through his mind as he skidded to a stop. Lower halves of bodies raising up in front of him and growing an upper half So, these are pretty much a more advanced version of the standard clone eh? Cleave them and they just… come back as two…
he spun the sword in his hand 180 degrees and dropped the tip into the ground. Spinning himself 360 degrees, a second after finishing his circle, a ring of fire erupted around Enkou. Since these things can duplicate from being cut in half… How would they react to fire?
he looked down at the ring of fire around him, his sword resting tip in the ground just in front of him but not part of the ring of flames. Hmm, that might work…
bringing his hands together he formed some short hand seals then thrust his hands forward.
Wind howled to life from his palms, flying forth from his palms were two swirling masses of wind. The formed into two miniature tornados spinning at about the height of the surrounding trees. As they spun around they began to suck up some flames from Enkou’s ring, causing each tornado to become a swirling mass of fire going haphazardly through the clones.
Enkou just tilted his head.
Is this overboard for a spar? I mean Ran decided to send me face first into the water during ours… And Saya… Well Saya was rough to deal with but I never got to experience the full brunt of her power because of Maia’s interruption
He tilted his head the other way, his hand pulling the sword free and his eyes watching for clones that might actually have been able to push into the ring.
Is this how it feels to be on their end of the fight? Is this how Ran and Saya felt while facing me? Or while facing their very first student in a spar?
Food for thought… Food for thought.
