Description: This is a deceptive technique that requires a Kusarigama to utilize fully. The user will set up a feint, usually with the Kunai end of their Kusarigama, while the chain is deftly allowed to wrap once around the user’s leg. A subtle movement of the leg kicks the Kama end of the Kusarigama up while the enemy is distracted with the feint, and deft muscle control causes it to shoot up out of sight, then swing back down for the head of the enemy – should the enemy look up to follow the movement, the user will instead press the attack with their Kunai, aiming for the head or neck. The exposure of the enemy, the targeting of vital places, and the ‘slingshot’ extra force behind the technique’s execution all together make this technique much more deadly than other strikes with a weapon. It is a confusing maneuver that requires the user to have intimate knowledge of the Kusarigama.

Other than this time limit, the only person who can extinguish these flames is the user. Water and most normal methods simply do not work. Use of this technique will degrade the Mangekyo Sharingan, eventually rendering it blind. When you gain Amaterasu, note down 20 in your Signature. This is the amount of total times you may use Amaterasu before going blind in the eye that manifests it. Description: Among the most powerful Genjutsu in existence, Tsukuyomi is an ability of the Mangekyo Sharingan to place an extremely effective illusion upon the individual who gazes, even for a moment, into the eyes of the user. Those with the [Subtlety] Trait may even use the glimpse of peripheral eye contact, causing many to believe that the only way to fight against a Tsukuyomi user is to close their eyes completely. Most abilities that allow one to escape a Genjutsu are ineffective against this one, as it works so quickly and so brutally – the manipulation of perceived time makes it so that any delay whatsoever is torturous and wears on the soul of the user before any outside influence might be enacted. Likewise, the illusion is so potent that the individual in question, even if they understand they are in a Genjutsu, cannot break it, as their body and subconscious mind feel as though the trauma is real. One may move from the Incomplete Skeleton to the Skeletal form by paying the difference in cost between them while the Incomplete Skeleton is active – otherwise the user pays the cost and the warrior manifests. For the rest, paying the difference is insane value, more so if things like durability refresh. I'd be okay with paying half or maybe 1/3rd but going from Incomplete Skeleton to Skeletal is 7SP for 2m increase, 20 damage increase, potential 50 durability if it refreshes, and another tier of knockback. All of that at no upkeep makes me very hesitant to give it such a small cost to go from one form to the next.

I was initially hoping that doing so would give a reason to use the lower tiers of the technique, since if you have them all there's no reason to use a lower tier unless you happen to already be low on chakra (in which instance it's such a high cost even at 43 that 'low' is a matter of perspective). I'm not sure how to shift that balance without making lower levels obsolete; the best value will always be just to throw down the 100 for the highest form.

That said, I removed the part mentioning paying the difference until something else may be worked out. Perhaps by the time someone can use these techniques, there will be some way to make those lower levels viable.
