Name: Tenka Fubu (lit. All Under the Sky by Force of Arms)
Rank: S-rank, 35 SP
Range: Long (1500+ meters)
Type: Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu, Chakra Flow
Elemental Affinity: Fuuton
Lore/Flavor: Considered the pinnacle of Wind Release chakra flow, Tenka Fubu would have been impossible for Shingen to develop without Kyousuke's rigorous lessons on chakra control and chakra flow techniques. The technique involves gathering massive amounts of chakra around the user's blade, and then releasing it in the course of a single swing, resulting in a long, intense wave of chakra being released from the blade, capable of slicing through obstacles, including the atmosphere, from many dozens of meters away with little difficulty. Shingen initially developed the technique as a way to cut through his Bishamonten technique in order to end it prematurely, after having nearly killed innocent people with Bishamonten.
Description: When used, Tenka Fubu creates a massive wave of wind that extends from the tip of the user's sword, creating a kind of hyper-elongated blade of wind. This wind is incredibly sharp, being fine honed with intense amounts of Wind Release chakra. When used with a horizontal swing Tenka Fubu becomes a potent anti-army area-of-effect attack, threatening to slice in half everything infront of the user up to a mile away. When used with a vertical slice, Tenka Fubu threatens to cut the sky itself in half, cutting in half clouds, air currents, and heat waves, while becoming a more refined and accurate strike more akin to a sniper's shot, cutting apart things in a much smaller area infront of the user, though maintain the same incredible distance. When used vertically, Tenka Fubu disrupts most weather effects, cutting apart clouds, air currents, rain, and etc, setting the topic's weather to Clear/Sunny, at least partially or temporarily.
Drawbacks: Tenka Fubu boasts a massive chakra cost, and its massive size make its practical use difficult.
