Faction of Origin:
Kaguya (200 cp)
Shizuo has short white wild hair that he rarely brushes and usually goes about his normal routine without a full shirt on. Sometimes he’ll wear a tank top and other times an open shirt with nothing underneath. Having trained his body his whole 15 year old life, his body is lean and muscular. When Shizuo goes on missions or begins to practice, he will wrap bandages around his feet and hands to prevent the skin from getting too messed up. Most of the time he wears his headband around his belt to hold up his loose shorts. Only when he is going to a formal event will Shizuo wear pants or something else that restricts his natural movement. Dedicated to his clan’s heritage and proud to represent them, Shizuo has the 2 red circles tattooed on his upper back.
Shizuo grew up in the heart of Kirigakure as a part of the Kaguya clan. His father Youjiro had taught him all about their clan from the moment Shizuo could speak. Having descended from the main branch, Shizuo was taught the rich and tragic history of the Kaguya and how they had almost been wiped out, but were brought back from the brink of extinction. In order to convince Shizuo of the clan’s righteousness, Youjiro did not teach him of the clan’s hidden techniques until much later.
Once Shizuo turned 8 his father introduced him to his clan’s bloodline trait, the Shikotsumyaku. After witnessing this act of bone manipulation, Shizuo became excited about using the ability himself and began training immediately. Youjiro taught his son about swordfighting and how to create swords from his body. After testing this technique on one of his friends while playing, Shizuo accidentally hurt them and decided to stop learning the Shikotsumyaku.
Several years passed as his father tried to get his son to learn their craft and become a ninja. Shizuo spent this time doing physical exercises and training his body. He had no interest in using blades or pointy edged weapons in combat so he trained his fists to become weapons instead. His thought process was that if it was his own hands than he could control his power easier. Along with his body, Shizuo made sure to train his mind, analysing people’s expressions and learning to read them from brief interactions.
As Shizuo became 12 he began interacting with cousins and members of the Kaguya clan. Talking and sparring with his family started to spur a change in the boy, teaching him that becoming a shinobi wasn’t all about violence. As these meetings occurred, Shizuo started to reconsider becoming a ninja and once again trained with his clan to learn the Shikotsumyaku and he received his back clan tattoos. When he entered the academy he was already 13; much older than everyone else who was there. Finally after he turned 15 he graduated as the most ripped fresh genin out there.
-Passionate when discussing the power of one’s fists and the importance of physical activity.
-Gets riled up when people disrespect his clan or village
-Shy around girls that he doesn’t know and usually blushes.
